1. Shipping time
AliExpress shipping (Post) arrives at your address in 10-15 days (some countries need to clear customs by Buyer); Brazil arrives at your address in 20-25 days.
Express shipping (DHL/UPS/FedEx) arrives in 5-14 days. If you find that the order delivery exceeds this time, please contact us in time to avoid the package being lost or returned.
2. Warranty period
We provide a standard warranty period of 1 year (free repair or replacement), and for some vulnerable parts, we provide discounted prices for you to replace. You can learn more about it in our warranty policy.
3. Bill/Invoice
If you need an invoice or need customs clearance, please contact us in time. We will provide you with an invoice quickly.
4. System support
For most devices, you can use x86-64 images to install and run most systems. Some systems may not provide driver adaptation for network cards or processors. You can contact us for support. (Win10/11/Server needs to add 2.5G NIC Driver manually, you can get here (https://www.bkipc.com/en/new/NIC-driver.html)
5. How to customize
We provide free LOGO laser (Requires Chassis Support).
For replacement/custom configuration or making exclusive chassis, BIOS-files, packaging boxes, and designated pre-installed systems, please contact our business personnel.
