





Air Buffer Adjustment Method
Preparation:
1. Pre-tighten the TIMER knob to a certain extent (or directly tighten it to the maximum,
at this time, the time required for the air buffer to start is the longest). If it is not
tightened to a certain extent, the internal inflation channel will affect the adjustment
of the SPEED, resulting in failure. Speed regulation
2. Adjust the CUSHION knob to the tightest, so the air buffer is the largest, which is
convenient to observe the start time of the air buffer and facilitate subsequent
adjustment operations.
Start tuning:
1. Adjust the SPEED knob, which is used to adjust the movement speed of the cylinder,
so that the cylinder can move at the required speed. (Note, if step 1 is not implemented,
repeat preparation 1)
2. Adjust the TIME knob, because the air cushioning has been adjusted to the tightest,
if the air cushioning starts, the cylinder will generally decelerate or even stop obviously.
Based on this, adjust repeatedly until the position where the air cushioning of the
cylinder starts is the most suitable position.
3. Adjust the CUSHION knob to adjust the appropriate air buffer size to meet the actual
use needs
Note: In this gas buffer joint, the start of the control gas buffer depends on time, not
absolute position, so it is particularly sensitive to changes in the speed and load of the
cylinder. If the actual use of the cylinder changes, you should pay attention to
re-adjusting and setting the gas buffer status. In actual use, customers should pay attention to regularly check the working effect of the gas buffer joint
