Please refuse to sign if you aren't satisfied with the item (such as brand, appearance, damage and so on). Once you sign the parcel that means you agree on the item's condition. If damage is found after receipt of the goods, please provide a complete proof of damage issued by the unpacked video and logistics company. If you can't provide proof of damage, you will not be able to get compensation .(11) "PRODUCT USE" Without our permission, please don't refit or disassemble the product. Once you refit or disassemble it, or the warranty label is damaged, we won't provide any warranty or refund.(12) "TEST" We have a professional purchasing team. We will take photos of each product that is about to be shipped and keep it as evidence.
