About installation:
The package comes with screws fixed at the PCI position. Please fix the governor at the PCI position during installation. The knob adjustment principle is to adjust the input voltage. Some fans support 7V voltage to start, while some can only start at 12V, so When adjusting, some fans will have a virtual position phenomenon (similar to rotating a section of the fan speed without response or not rotating), this is a normal phenomenon and not a product quality problem, please pay special attention.

Note:
