Q3:Cannot recognize SIM card?
You can insert SIM card into the rou-ter for one minute first,then turn on the power.If still not recognized the SIM card,please install another SIM card from another SIM card operator.

Q4:The device cannot connect to the Internet normally?
You need to disable the PIN code and modify the APN. Please log in web ui to fill in correct APN(about APN ,you can call your local operator to check )

Q5:Signal is unstable?
You can also manage the settings page, lock 4G or 3G network, can effectively improve the stability of the network.
