The black lens is actually dark gray. Close to the original Nintendo color. Because we used to call it black. And the color is very close to black. There is color difference in taking photos. It looks like black.

To disassemble GBASP, first remove the motherboard section, and then remove the LCD screen section. Installation, first install the LCD display screen section, and then install the motherboard section.

If you want to replace the casing together, beginners may not know how to disassemble and assemble the shaft. Please search online for tutorials on replacing the GBASP shell. Welding wires is also quite difficult for beginners. Recommend using the original button to adjust brightness. Because touch adjustment is not easy to use.

Please be careful. The ribbon cable cannot be inserted in reverse. Will burn out the motherboard.

Before installation, the shell must be cut as shown in the diagram below.

The shell cutting must be sufficient. Otherwise, it will squeeze the LCD screen and cause uneven backlight on the LCD screen. The black screen turns white.

U1 is a touch chip. You can remove this chip. Avoid accidentally touching the LCD screen adjustment.

If the metal back shell of the LCD screen comes into contact with the touch head of the ribbon cable, it may accidentally touch.

If there is an accidental touch, please use tape to separate the ribbon cable touch head from the metal shell.HDSimulate pixelsBlack displayIn pixel mode, the LCD screen may be affected by electrostatic interference, resulting in abnormal color display. As shown in the following figure.

Stick copper foil or aluminum foil at the position shown in the picture. Can make the color display normal.
