1)There are 2 options, one is 4k 60Hz which is of HDMI 2.0 and supports resolutions up to 3840X2160@60Hz. And the expensive model
is 8K@60Hz and it complies with HDMI 2.1 with max resolutions up to 8K@60Hz.
2)The items listed are of HDMI selector box and it can not work as hdmi splitter as there is only 1 hdmi output.
3)4K&8K video transmission has very high requirements on cables and devices. When using with 4K@60Hz video sources and displays, HDMI ATC certified premium high speed HDMI and above cables needed.
When using with HDMI 2.1 sources and displays, HDMI ATC certified ultra high speed HDMI cable are needed.
4)You can only select and switching among turned on and working inputs.
