AMPCOM CFS-3 CFS-2 Fiber Optical Stripper

QUALITY DESIGN - Every fiber optic stripper has a TPR / Thermoplastic handle and is tested after production to ensure a consistent high quality cut out of the box.
3-PORT CUT DEPTH RANGES: Hole 1 - 1.6 3 mm fiber jacket cuts down to the 600 - 900 micron buffer coating. Hole 2: strips the 600-900 micron buffer coating down to the 250 micron coating. Hole 3: cleanly strips the 250 micron cable down to the glass fiber.
2-PORT CUT DEPTH RANGES: This wire stripping tool was constructed to easily strip 1.6 mm–3 mm jackets, 900 micron tight buffers, or 250 micron buffer coating from cables.
It can strip wire without scratching the fiber, the handle fits in either hand.
What is the difference between CFS-3 and CFS-2?
The CFS-3 has 3 holes for a three-step operation, The CFS-2 has 2 holes for a two-step operation.

1st hole strips 1.6 – 3mm Fiber Jacket to the 600-900 buffer coating.
2nd hole strips the 600-900 micron buffer coating to the 250 micron coating.
3rd hole strips the 250 micron buffer coating to the 125 micron glass fiber.
