Features:
1.Use high-quality materials with guaranteed quality
2.With over impulse and over discharge reverse connection protection, it is safer and more secure
3.The input terminal is equipped with a MICRO USB socket, which can be directly used as input to charge the lithium battery with a mobile phone charger
4.Convenient to use
5.Wide range of applications, including charge and discharge protection for 18650 and polymer lithium batteries with a voltage of 3.6 3.7V. Single or multiple parallel connections can also be used
Parameters:
Input voltage: 5V
Charging cut-off voltage: 4.2V ± 1%
Maximum charging current: 1000mA
Battery over discharge protection voltage: 2.5V
Battery overcurrent protection current: 3A
Board size: 26.06 * 14.47 MM
Be careful:
1.When connecting the battery for the first time, there may be no voltage output between OUT+and OUT -. At this time, a 5V voltage is connected
2.The protection circuit can be activated by charging. If the battery is shorted from B+B - and then connected, it also needs to be charged to activate the protection circuit. When using a mobile phone charger for input, note that the charger must be capable of outputting 1A or more, otherwise it may not be able to charge properly
3.The MINI USB base and the+- pad next to it are the power input terminals, connected to a 5V voltage. B+is connected to the positive electrode of the lithium battery, and B - is connected to the negative electrode of the lithium battery. OUT+and OUT - connect to a load, such as the positive and negative electrodes of a mobile booster board or other loads.
4.Connect the battery to B+B -, insert the phone charger into the USB motherboard, and the L1 light will be on when charging, while the L2 light will be on when fully charged. (When the L2 light is on and L1 flashes quickly, it indicates that the saturation state is approaching.)
Instructions/Precautions
1.The ammeter for testing current can only be connected in series to the 5V input terminal of the charging board.
2.The charging current should preferably be 0.37C of the battery capacity, which is 0.37 times the capacity. For example, a 1000 mAH battery charging current of 400 is sufficient. Too much charging speed leads to poor results, and more battery voltage drops after charging!
3.The charging connecting wire should not be too thin or too long. This connection has a high resistance. If it is too thin, the battery voltage will drop more after flushing.
4.It is best to have good contact with the battery. Otherwise, there will be more battery voltage drops after flushing.
5.If the input voltage of 5V is too high, such as 5.2 or even 5.5, it will cause the charging current to be less than 1000mA, which is normal. When the voltage is high, the chip heats up and automatically reduces the charging current, preventing the chip from burning out. It is normal for the chip to generate heat at around 60 degrees during operation. After all, the charging current is high.
6.Reverse input connections have no impact on the chip, but reverse output (battery end) connections can burn the chip.
